Mr. Thiang Kai Goh established Thiang & Co. in 1975 after returning from England in 1974. Mr. Thiang was a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (FCA), Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (PA), Malaysian Association of Chartered Accountants (CPA), Malaysian Institute of Taxation (ATII) and Malaysian Institute of Management Consultants (MIMC). He passed away peacefully in Melbourne, Australia on 22 January 2020.

Ms. Teh is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA)and also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom. She is currently the Managing Partner of B.T. Teh, Thiang & Co. (Petaling Jaya) and the Managing Director of B.T. Teh Tax Services Sdn Bhd.

Mr. Chong Kean Huat and Mr. Manivannan Meyyappa joined Thiang & Co. in 2022.

Thiang & Co. changed to Thiang & Co PLT on 20 March 2024.
